Villa Tufi is a charming country farmhouse nestled in the picturesque Umbrian hills, just a short distance from the medieval village of Montone. The property offers a peaceful retreat immersed in nature, where the authentic charm of rural architecture blends seamlessly with the unspoiled beauty of the surrounding countryside.
The villa is surrounded by a large, beautifully maintained garden filled with lush vegetation, centuries-old oak trees and cypresses, which opens directly onto the surrounding countryside. Its privileged setting offers stunning views over the rolling Umbrian hills and an atmosphere of complete tranquillity, making it the perfect choice for those looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
One of the highlights of the outdoor spaces is a spacious covered stone loggia, featuring elegant arches and designed for enjoying pleasant moments together during the summer days. The terrace is furnished with a large dining table, comfortable seating and a spacious wooden sideboard, as well as a lovely lounge area with comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding views. A barbecue is also available, making this space perfect for al fresco lunches and dinners, barbecues with friends and relaxing evenings immersed in the greenery, in a welcoming and charming atmosphere.
Completing the outdoor spaces is a private pool (5 x 10 m, 1.5 m deep), open from May to September. Surrounded by a spacious stone-paved pool area and equipped with sun loungers and parasols, it is the perfect spot to cool off on warm summer days and enjoy moments of relaxation while taking in the peaceful surroundings and beautiful views.
Guests also have access to a private outdoor parking area for up to 6 cars, as well as a table tennis table, perfect for fun and entertainment for both adults and children.

Internal description

Villa Tufi is set over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 12 guests, offering 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The interiors feature stone walls, exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors and traditionally styled furnishings, creating a warm, authentic and charming atmosphere throughout the property.
Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, while three of them also feature window screens.
Upon request, 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available. Pets are welcome upon request (maximum 1 pet).

Ground floor: The entrance to the villa leads into a spacious and bright living area, furnished with a glass dining table, a sofa and a tv, with direct access to the garden. Also on this floor are a bathroom with shower and a practical laundry room equipped with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The sleeping area comprises a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a quadruple bedroom with two double beds, an ideal solution for a family with children.

First floor: A staircase leads to the upper floor, where a welcoming rustic-style living area awaits, featuring exposed wooden beams and elements that reflect the traditions of Umbrian architecture. The room is furnished with a large wooden dining table, a sofa with a wooden frame and coffee table, as well as a tv. Adding to the charm of the room is a large stone fireplace, accompanied by a working wood-burning stove, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere during the cooler months.
The living area opens directly onto a spacious and deep covered loggia, characterised by elegant arches and furnished with a dining table, seating and a large wooden sideboard. A pleasant and versatile space, ideal for enjoying al fresco lunches and dinners or relaxing while taking in the peaceful views of the Umbrian countryside.
Also on this floor is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, blender, toaster, moka pot, American-style coffee maker and stovetop. There is also a second quadruple bedroom with two double beds.
A bathroom with bathtub and shower, accessible from both the living area and the bedroom, completes the accommodation.

Second floor: On the top floor, within the characteristic tower, there is an intimate double bedroom with ensuite bathroom equipped with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden, and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); extra cleaning (20.00€/hour); extra linen change (20.00€/bed). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
