L'appartamento è molto spazioso (circa 100 metri quadri) e luminoso ed è composto da ben 3 camere da letto (una con letto matrimoniale, una con due letti singoli ed una con un letto singolo), 3 bagni (di cui due con doccia), una cucina abitabile perfettamente accessoriata ed un grande salotto con divano letto e TV.
Toscanella 3 Bedrooms si fa apprezzare per i suoi dettagli tipici come i pavimenti in cotto fiorentino e le travi a vista del soffitto, e per la straordinaria capacità di accogliere fino a 7 persone: non sono molti gli appartamenti in grado di farlo! Questa è davvero una soluzione fantastica per un grande gruppo o per una famiglia molto numerosa.
La casa è dotata di accesso ad internet con Wi-Fi, aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare.

Questo accogliente appartamento si trova al primo piano di una tipica palazzina dell'oltrarno fiorentino a due passi da tutti i principali monumenti della città; Ponte Vecchio si trova a meno di 5 minuti a piedi ed anche gli Uffizi, il Duomo e Palazzo Vecchio si trovano ad una distanza comodamente percorribile a piedi. Il quartiere è molto bello e ricco di fascino al punto che molti lo considerano il più “fiorentino” tra tutti i quartieri della città.
Come arrivare all'appartamento
Nei dintorni della stazione Centrale di Firenze, si può prendere un autobus come ad esempio il numero 11 o il C4 per raggiungere l'appartamento in pochi minuti. In alternativa, nei pressi della stazione potrete prendere un taxi. Dall'aeroporto Amerigo Vespucci di Firenze ci vogliono invece una trentina di minuti in macchina per arrivare all'appartamento.

The property is very nice. We made it work for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids). It’s well equipped and conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay very much :)

Great location near Santo Spirito, Pitti Palace, and the Palazzo Vecchio. It made walking around very convenient. Good restaurants and shopping near by. The unit’s common space was roomy although the furniture a bit worn and uncomfortable, but minor issue since we were out exploring most of the time. The single bedroom is very small with no a/c in it. The main hall bathroom is the biggest but needs some floor repair. The other en-suite bathrooms are tiny…but nice to have extra toilets. It did provide a sense of home as we settled in the neighborhood, going to the cafe downstairs every morning, and enjoying the vibe around.

This 3 bedroom unit with 2.5 baths fit our needs perfectly. Travel with a family of 5 (3 “children” fully grown young adults) requires space to breathe and bathrooms enough to meet our needs. One updated full bath in the hallway was spacious compared to other bathrooms on our trip. Made it easy to use/share/get ready. One ensuite bathroom is a tiny but functional half bath in the bedroom with 2 twin beds. The en suite bathroom with the queen sized bed is fine - make sure to leave the fan on and shower door open as it smelled a little musty. But it was clean and fine! Overall the space was great for our needs. Kitchen was very clean, well stocked with equipment including a microwave, large refrigerator, gas stove, and a washer. Clearly renovated and relatively new. Large dining table, living room area with seating enough for all of us plus 2 desk areas. As described by others, the furniture in living area is dated and had slip covers, and some areas of the ceiling look to have had water damage in the past. Not unexpected for a property this old. But the beds were clean and comfortable and the space was exactly what we needed. Air conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable on a week of 90F days. Proximity to all we wanted to see - fun area, safe and easy to walk to sights we wanted to see. We’d stay here again!

Very basic accommodation- musty smell in bathrooms (black mold)- no fixtures ie mirror, shelf or toilet roll holder in en-suite, no tea towel or paper towel to dry dishes. No closets, just a rack to hang clothes in living area. There was a trick to using the front door key - wiggle the key in the lock - which was not explained to us and we were left locked out at night, and host did not return our call for several hours. Fortunately another tenant let us in. However despite this, the location was perfect - in the heart of the old city close to many sights and amenities. It did have air conditioning and wifi . Disappointed.
