Come arrivare all'appartamento
L'appartamento si trova ad appena 800 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria Santa Maria Novella di Firenze, pertanto è raggiungibile anche a piedi; in alternativa potete prendere un autobus, line 6 o 11.
Nei pressi della stazione si può anche prendere un taxi e raggiungere l'appartamento in pochi minuti.

Located in the back alley of restaurants. Amenities are bare to essentials. The host requested a late checking-in fee one day before arrival; it is too late because we already booked train tickets that arrives around same time. We tried hard to get there on time, it was stressful. We were eight minutes late, but the host still insist charging the late check-in fee. The host barely speaks understandable English. She demanded that we pay cash for city tax and the late check-in fee, but didn’t give us a receipt and told us to ask the company for a receipt. It makes the beginning of our trip feel terrible.

Great location with air conditioning and lots of space for families. This place was nicely updated and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. The only minor drawbacks were the WiFi was a bit unpredictable and there is no elevator to bring up your luggage if you are traveling for a while and have larger luggage with you. Still would say this is a fantastic place!

Location is great. Very nice apt with great Air conditioning. The place had very comfortable beds, lots of clean towels, and is clutter free. Very comfortable for family of 3. Place is located very close walking distance to heart of Florence- best shopping, key sites and restaurants. Nothing is more than 10/15min walk and some things Just a block or 2 away . A minor things is the kitchen could be a bit better stocked with napkins, dish towels, wine opener, condiments but we made do and were able to make a great meal there when we were too tired to go out toDinner . Plenty of pots, pans and such and the stove top is great. Heats fast and cools fast! Loved it and would happily book again. Good value. Hosts were responsive and friendly.

Property was sleek and clean. Cooling with the A/C. The door can be a little tricky to get inside. And check in has a slight delay for having to wait for the host to meet us, but he was very friendly. I’d stay here again!

We loved the apartment. The location was convenient to all the things we wanted to see. The apartment was perfect size for our group of four. It was nice having two bathrooms. If you need darkness to sleep, these shutters were amazing. They didn’t let any light in. Communication with the host was easy and always quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again our next time in Milan.
