L'appartamento si trova in una posizione eccellente a due passi da tutti i principali punti di interesse della città. Questa casa è la base ideale per avventurarsi per le strade di Firenze. Da qui bastano pochi minuti a piedi per raggiungere i grandi musei della città come gli Uffizi e la Galleria Palatina, i palazzi storici più importanti come Palazzo Vecchio e Palazzo Pitti, il Duomo con la magnifica cupola del Brunelleschi e tutto quello che Firenze ha da offrire.
Come arrivare all'appartamento
Dalla stazione ferroviaria di Firenze, Santa Maria Novella, si può prendere un autobus, in particolare le linea C4 di ATAF.
Nei pressi della stazione si può anche prendere un taxi e raggiungere l'appartamento in pochi minuti. Dall'aeroporto Amerigo Vespucci di Firenze ci vogliono invece 25 minuti circa di macchina per arrivare all'appartamento.

This was my 2nd time staying at this property. It is in a perfect location and has every amenity you need while in Florence. The rooms are big enough for 4 people to share, the kitchen is small but has everything you need and there are 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. Its right at the foot of the Ponte Vecchio, near a supermarket and near anything you could want. It is well kept and the owner responds immediately as he is close by. I will be staying here again!

The unit was spacious and beautiful. Very well located and easy to get to. The hosts were very friendly and met us at the property to show us around. They were also very accommodating for early check in and allowed us to leave our bags and explore the city before check in. Only issue was the AC in one of the bedrooms wasn’t fully working and made sleeping in there a bit difficult due to the heat wave. I’d highly recommend the apartment though and would stay again.

Check in was smooth, the price was reasonable and comparable to other places we stayed of similar quality. The location was good for us, easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see, we even walked to and from the train with all our bags no problem. Lots of shops and places to eat nearby as well.

The property is in a good location, the apartment is clean but it has plumbing issues! One bathroom had clogged sink and shower drain, the shower basin filled with smelly water on the last night. If you are a lite sleeper this isn’t the place for you! Very noisy area! Overall ok

I stayed here 2 years ago with my daughter and SIL and we really loved this place. Perfect for 2 couples...love the location. Liked it so much I booked this again for my husband and I and another couple. Unfortunately, both showers didn't work well (I see from a past review that one was inoperable a month ago). There was only freezing cold water coming out the main rainshower. If you used the handheld, you got HOT HOT water. A happy medium was not possible. This was the case for both showers. The only other issue was the TV. I know, I know, why does TV matter on a vacation in Italy? It didn't on my first trip but this time a TV in each bedroom would have been welcomed at bedtime. Instead, there is only a small screen in the main area. Not a huge issue but some may welcome the info. The shower WAS a big issue though. Otherwise, it's still a great place to stay!!

Excellent location, very clean and updated place. The host was very quick to respond to any of our questions. If we sever go back to Florence we would definitely stay here.

The property is well located but the shower in one of the bedrooms was inoperative for the entire stay. Additonally the internet was too weak for a lot of our needs, but it did function. The managers did say they would fix the shower - but no one ever showed up. Previous reviewers mentioned the noise of the street, which was an issue - but we got through it.
