L'appartamento si trova in una posizione eccellente a due passi da tutti i principali punti di interesse della città. Questa casa è la base ideale per avventurarsi per le strade di Firenze. Da qui bastano pochi minuti a piedi per raggiungere i grandi musei della città come gli Uffizi e la Galleria Palatina, i palazzi storici più importanti come Palazzo Vecchio e Palazzo Pitti, il Duomo con la magnifica cupola del Brunelleschi e tutto quello che Firenze ha da offrire.
Come arrivare all'appartamento
Dalla stazione ferroviaria di Firenze, Santa Maria Novella, si può prendere un autobus, in particolare le linea C4 di ATAF.
Nei pressi della stazione si può anche prendere un taxi e raggiungere l'appartamento in pochi minuti. Dall'aeroporto Amerigo Vespucci di Firenze ci vogliono invece 25 minuti circa di macchina per arrivare all'appartamento.

C'è un supermercato CONAD in via de' Bardi 47r a due passi dall'appartamento. Sia in piazza Santo Spirito che in Piazza Pitti ci sono invece diversi ristoranti, bar e pizzerie.

I stayed here 2 years ago with my daughter and SIL and we really loved this place. Perfect for 2 couples...love the location. Liked it so much I booked this again for my husband and I and another couple. Unfortunately, both showers didn't work well (I see from a past review that one was inoperable a month ago). There was only freezing cold water coming out the main rainshower. If you used the handheld, you got HOT HOT water. A happy medium was not possible. This was the case for both showers. The only other issue was the TV. I know, I know, why does TV matter on a vacation in Italy? It didn't on my first trip but this time a TV in each bedroom would have been welcomed at bedtime. Instead, there is only a small screen in the main area. Not a huge issue but some may welcome the info. The shower WAS a big issue though. Otherwise, it's still a great place to stay!!

Excellent location, very clean and updated place. The host was very quick to respond to any of our questions. If we sever go back to Florence we would definitely stay here.

The property is well located but the shower in one of the bedrooms was inoperative for the entire stay. Additonally the internet was too weak for a lot of our needs, but it did function. The managers did say they would fix the shower - but no one ever showed up. Previous reviewers mentioned the noise of the street, which was an issue - but we got through it.

This place is super cute and nicely decorated. It looks just like pictures. It’s very clean! The kitchen has just the basics but pretty much all you need to eat takeout or put together a small quick meal. It also has a wine opener. The location is great. Easily walkable to all Florence has to offer and the good restaurants. 4th floor location but has a very nice elevator. The cons of this place are that while the flat is super cute, it’s not very functional. Bed pillows (one per person) were very soft feather type and squished into a flat pancake offering no support even folded in half. I only use soft pillows so this is me saying that these pillows need changing or a second pillow added. There are not enough places to hang towels—no place for a hand towel. They provide a washer which is really nice but there is no drying rack. No suitcase stands so suitcases open on floor. The freezer is badly in need of defrosting and all the ice is holding food odors in. This is more feedback for the owner than a reason not to rent here. It really is a lovely spot and we would stay again.
