The house consists of a bright living area divided between the living room and the kitchen and two double bedrooms with private bathroom. In practice you will have two real suites at your disposal. From its windows you can enjoy an extraordinary view of the Basilica of Santo Spirito and the square.

The apartment is located in an exceptional location in the heart of the historic center of Florence. It is located very close to Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi, Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens. But not only that, it only takes a few minutes on foot to reach Piazza della Signoria and Piazza del Duomo.
How to get to the apartment
From the railway station of Florence, Santa Maria Novella, you can take a bus, still near the station you can also take a taxi and reach the apartment in a few minutes. From the Amerigo Vespucci airport of Florence it takes about 25 minutes by car to get to the apartment.

There is a CONAD supermarket in via de 'Bardi 47r 300 meters from the apartment. Both in Piazza Santo Spirito and in Piazza Pitti there are instead several restaurants, bars and pizzerias.

A great location with lot of local attractions and not a far walk from all the major tourist attractions. The apartment was clean and spacious and it had excellent airconditioning.

Place was reasonably clean except for floors. Lot of stains in bathroom vanity area. Bath tub and toilets were clean. Did not have hot water for showers for both nights. Reached out to our concierge who reported he was off today and didn’t forward message to support. City was nice to visit .

Big and modern apartment with a very central location in Florence. The beds were very comfy, but a bit sunken in the middle. The kitchen could be a bit more equipped with cutlery.

The property is hard for even some locals to find but great location. The host was a bit hard to get in touch with when we were lost late at night but the taxi driver dropped us off at a wrong spot and it was pretty late in the evening. Very walkable to all the sites you want to see. Very hard to get a taxi but that's everywhere in Florence. Best spot is Piazza de la República. When we arrived at property host was there even though it was after 9pm. Apartment was perfect for 4 adult women. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a pullout for anyone who wanted to sleep alone. Great for long stays because equipped with updated kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. It has an elevator which was very important for my 82 year old mom. Apartment on 3rd floor. Very happening piazza 10 feet away. Gusto bar and gusta pizza joint around the corner had amazing pizza. Line went around the block everyday. I would stay there again. Especially now that I know where it is. Thanks Oscar for letting me charge my phone before you left and for all the help and advise. You will need to reserve a ride the evening before to get to airport on time. Everyone wants a taxi cuz cheaper than Uber but Uber way more dependable but way more expensive. Air conditioning worked great.

The apartment is in a perfect location on a beautiful square full of restaurants and there are so many shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. It is less busy than the other side of the river which is a big plus. We had an issue with the hot water heater but MMEGA did a great job getting it fixed quickly

The place was a little run down, needs to be cleaned a bit better, bed wasn’t comfortable, coffee machine didn’t work, didn’t have hot water, host didn’t want to come to our aid at first then it was fixed in the afternoon. It’s about 20 minutes from train station.
