The host was in a hurry when we checked in.....she rushed up the stairs and once in the apartment she went over the apartment quickly and left, no time for questions. The bathrooms are not in the best of shape, and we ran out of hot water several times. The toilet upstairs is falling off the wall. The shower door in the lower level was jammed and we couldn't get into the shower. Be ready to walk up 4 flights of stairs with luggage, no elevator. (the other 3 houses we rented during our 12 day stay had elevators)Not very comfortable living area furniture. TV didn't work! Reached out to the host with no solution. And the bedroom TV's didn't have remotes. The bed were not comfortable at all with very small pillows. We got several bottles of wine to relax in one evening, no wire opener or wine glasses. On the positive note: the apartment had a great location to lots of great restaurants and thank goodness a coffee shop because we didn't have a coffee maker.

We loved this apartment. Very clean. It is also very close to the heart of Florence and conveniently next to the train station. Staff is great with communication. Check in and check out process was smooth. Would stay here again and recommend to friends!

First, NO ELEVATOR, it’s buried in fine print but you should make a real point of letting people know it’s 91 steps to the flat. The WORST bed in all of Italy. Terrible box spring and horrible HORRIFIC mattress. I made mention and there was zero attempt to replace the broken bed and terrible mattress. The place is run down, with the cheapest plastic furniture. It needs real attention. Not worth the money.
