Questo appartamento è la scelta perfetta per chi vuole godersi al meglio tutto quello che Firenze ha da offrire. La casa si trova in una delle piazze più belle del mondo ed ogni mattina potrete fare colazione in terrazza godendo di una vista impareggiabile. Inoltre, dalla casa potrete raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti tutti i principali punti di interesse della città come la Galleria dell'Accademia, il Duomo, gli Uffizi e Ponte Vecchio. Buona vacanza!
Come arrivare all'appartamento
Dalla stazione Centrale di Firenze, si può raggiungere l'appartamento sia prendendo un autobus che un taxi. Dall'aeroporto Amerigo Vespucci di Firenze ci vogliono invece una trentina di minuti in macchina per arrivare all'appartamento.

Ad appena 600 metri dall'appartamento troverete lo storico mercato di Sant'Ambrogio, il posto ideale dove acquista prodotti locali di ottima qualità. Il supermercato più vicino è il Conad di Corso Tintori che si trova subito dietro Piazza Santa Croce. Se cercate dei locali o dei ristoranti per le vostre serate, vi consigliamo di esplorare le stradine intorno alla piazza dove troverete tantissimi bar e ristoranti; questa è una delle zone più ricche di locali di tutta la città.

The property location was ideal with shops and restaurants within convenient walking distance. It was fun overlooking the piazza and watching people enjoying the very warm summer nights. There are restaurants, a gelato shop, a pastry shop, jewelry stores, and small vendors around the piazza and down the side streets. There is also a taxi area at one end of the piazza which was extremely convenient when we checked out and needed to go to the train station. The hosts were very responsive to messages. (There were a few minor issues that we discovered the night we had arrived. One air conditioner unit had a blocked drain tube and was therefore dripping water onto the floor, and there wasn’t hot water in the showers or sinks. Since it was late, I chose to wait and sent a message the next morning. I received a quick response and a person was sent within a very short period of time to make repairs). We enjoyed our stay and the city! We can’t wait to return!

La localización es excelente con vistas a la plaza de la Santa Croce. Prepárate para subir muchas escaleras. No hubo caliente. La terraza en el techo es muy pequeña y tenía algo de basura. No la usamos, pero la vista desde ahí es muy buena.

Very comfortable apartment with AC in all bedrooms and living room/kitchen area. Central location- can walk to Uffizi and David museum. It’s about a 15 min taxi from train station. We would absolutely stay here again.

Vanvittig flot udsigt over hele byen! Vanvittig god værdi for pengene. Overraskende stille på trods af placering ved kirke. Eneste minus: besværligt at skulle aftale ankomsttidspunkt med vært, mange trapper og lille køkken.

Two older couples stayed here for a few nights in Florence. We had stayed in the Santa Croce Piazza before and loved the area. This apartment is in a great location but only adequate for the space. The Internet would not work in the back bedrooms and the kitchen is not stocked very well for cooking. If you’re young and looking for a place to sleep and shower, this place will work for you. If you’re older more seasoned travelers, I would recommend another place for the price.

Perfect location with beautiful views! The rooftop was the best addition to this room. Ended every night admiring the views of Florence. Room was just as described.

The location in a piazza and walking distance to many areas of the City was great. The property management company communicated well and were pleasant and the property was clean and accommodated us well. However it was fairly bare-bones, and there were some maintenance issues and only one key with this one key also required to control the lights so that was a bit challenging. Overall, the location, size of the unit and proximity to different sites worked very well for us.

The location was fabulous! Overlooking Santa Croce piazza, a short walk to Piazza della Signoria, and right around the corner from our favorite gelato shop, Gelateria La Carraia. Other destinations in Florence (e.g., Duomo, Accademia, Santa Maria Novella train station, etc.) were also walkable. The apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The apartment was in need of a good cleaning as the floors were quite dirty. It was also quite noisy in the evening with other guests moving up and down the stairs and we could hear the nearby rooms also.
