L'appartamento si trova in una posizione eccellente a due passi dai lungarni fiorentini e da tutti i principali punti di interesse della città. Questa casa è la base ideale per avventurarsi per le strade di Firenze. Da qui bastano pochi minuti a piedi per raggiungere i grandi musei della città come gli Uffizi e la Galleria Palatina, i palazzi storici più importanti come Palazzo Vecchio e Palazzo Pitti, il Duomo con la magnifica cupola del Brunelleschi e tutto quello che Firenze ha da offrire... buona esplorazione!
Come arrivare all'appartamento San Jacopo Top
Dalla stazione ferroviaria di Firenze, Santa Maria Novella, si può prendere un autobus, in particolare le linea C4 di ATAF.
Nei pressi della stazione si può anche prendere un taxi e raggiungere l'appartamento in pochi minuti. Dall'aeroporto Amerigo Vespucci di Firenze ci vogliono invece 25 minuti circa di macchina per arrivare all'appartamento.

C'è un supermercato CONAD in via de' Bardi 47r a due passi dall'appartamento. Sia in piazza Santo Spirito che in Piazza Pitti ci sono invece diversi ristoranti, bar e pizzerie.

Everything was as advertised, and we had a seamless check in process. We had a minor issue with the hot water, but it turns out we needed to do something in the apartment and the company was very helpful and communicative in solving this issue. Location is great and apartment was perfect for two people. Would stay again.

This was a major disappointment. I needed two things, air conditioning and wifi. The air conditioner did NOT work. They had staff check it, but I was the one who slept there in the heat, on a very uncomfortable bed, with only a fan to help, because the air conditioner never got cold. I also notified with anticipation (weeks) that I would be leaving a day early and did not get a refund for the night I didn't stay there, which was the bare minimum considering the state of the apartment. The fridge door fell off, the shower had hairs in it when I got in to shower, the door downstairs was very hard to open to the point where some people would leave it open. Honestly wish I had stayed anywhere else. The only good thing was the location.

We were very excited to visit Florence and booked the suite for 3 days. It was confusing to locate as the numbers go up and down on the street. The sidewalks are very small and we had to wait a long time for our host to send someone to open the gate to check us in. The Wi-Fi was not working and we had to pay the city tax on the spot before we could take the room. There were a lot of broken things - the kitchen door, the fan, and the unusual set up of having the sink in a closet with a hotplate to cook was surprising. The kitchen amenities were sparce but the bedroom and sitting room with a convertible bed was good. Wonderful bathroom and good location. Tiny elevator to the 5th floor and unusual set up with the AC unit that could not be left on without the padlock key to the front door.

Lovely flat. The location is superb. It was not equipped with bedding for the second bed, so we had to share bedding. The internet was spotty and required several calls. The door lock situation was very difficult and when we had a significant problem, the host required me to pay the locksmith, thus requiring the tenant to pay for routine maintenance. It is a flat managed by a large company, so there is no personal or direct communication or interest by a host. It is, however, a lovely flat and a perfect location.

Perfect location, a block from Ponte Vecchio and convenient to everything. Very clean, great use of space. The lock on the front door to the street was very finicky, even residents who let us in when they saw us struggling with the lock said it was very sticky. Internet was spotty at best. If not for these two issues, rating would be a five.
