L'appartamento si trova in una posizione eccezionale nel cuore del centro storico di Firenze. Si trova vicinissimo a Ponte Vecchio, agli Uffizi, a Palazzo Pitti e al Giardino di Boboli. Ma non solo, bastano pochi minuti a piedi per arrivare in Piazza della Signoria e in Piazza del Duomo.
Come arrivare all'appartamento
Dalla stazione ferroviaria di Firenze, Santa Maria Novella, si può prendere un autobus, sempre nei pressi della stazione si può anche prendere un taxi e raggiungere l'appartamento in pochi minuti. Dall'aeroporto Amerigo Vespucci di Firenze ci vogliono invece 25 minuti circa di macchina per arrivare all'appartamento.

Great place to spread out and recharge in Florence, steps from the Arno & Ponte Vecchio. The separate kitchen allowed one of us to take a work meeting, and we all enjoyed the terrace & large dining table. The space is probably suited to immediate family or relaxed groups of friends, since the bedroom has a double & a single, while living room had a sofa bed. It worked well for us. The air con works, but it is more subtle than some people might be used to! We were fine & enjoyed open windows, too. Really right in the heart of Florence, with Oltrarno just across the bridge - lovely stay.

Foi tudo ótimo! A cama era bem boa. Espaço amplo. Localização excelente. A única observação é que o apartamento possui uma máquina de lavar roupa sem secadora e o apt. não possui varal para pendurar as roupas molhadas (ao menos não o encontramos).

Oscar was great with the check-in process. The apartment had everything we needed and was very close to things we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Florence.

The place was bigger than expected and could room up to 5+ people, if necessary. We had a very hard time finding the place. They did give us the location pin, but the location took us to the middle of an alley. The host finally came out to get us, but did not have much time and gave us a 3 min. Run down. I asked about the washing machine and was shown where it was, but the washing machine was not working. Door would not open and we read the user manual ( we are also familiar with this type of washer, this unit was just not working). I reached out several times to the host, but no response from the host. We did not get a response back on where to dump the trash, other than the front of ponte vechhio. We could not find an actual location and host did not respond back. The bathroom was clean, but with 3 of us, you could only take a 3 min shower each for there to be enough hot water for 3 people. Hot water for one person lasted about 8-10 minutes. Great location near ponte vechhio, fairly clean. It was very noisy at night from the restaurants and bars outside. I wore ear plugs, so I was fine, but spouse was up each night due to loud noise abd thin walls.
