From Florence Central Station, you can reach the house in a few minutes by taxi, while from Florence's Amerigo Vespucci airport it takes about thirty minutes by car to get to the apartment.

There is a Carrefour supermarket in Via Dante Alighieri just 250 meters from the apartment. If you are looking for clubs or restaurants for your evenings, we advise you to go to the area of Piazza Santa Croce or Piazza Santo Spirito where you will find many places to choose from.

There are clear air conditioning issues with this unit and the owners/rental company of their over 300 units in Florence are aware of it. There are four rooms with air conditioning, three bedrooms and a living space with couches. In two of the three bedrooms, the air conditioning units have drains for the condensation it creates. In one of the bedrooms and the living space, they do not. Being that it was over 100 degrees every day we were there and never below like 75 degrees at night, these were all used while we were in the apartment. I had to have a "repair guy" come out twice because the units wouldn't run for more than 3 hours without producing too much condensation and shutting their compressor off. After having them out multiple times which is very inconvienent, I pulled the plugs myself and had to put waste baskets under them to catch the water and would dump those in the morning so that everyone was able to sleep comfortably without them turning off. Main shower handle water diverter to upper shower is broke and rigged with screw. Main bathroom shelving unit has 3 shelves with two of them completely broken and hanging off the wall. Communication is good, they did get back to me right away when needing air conditioner help but it would be a constant every day issue and they know that, frustrating. Unit was clean. Beds were comfortable. Location is great.Bottom line though, I would never rent this unit again.

Extremely disappointing experience. As someone who owns Airbnbs myself, I was shocked by the condition of this place and the lack of concern for guests.They advertise “no hidden fees,” yet we were charged 96 upon arrival and were later told we would have to pay extra for basic necessities like additional towels, sheets, and pillowcases. How is that not a hidden fee?The cleanliness was unacceptable. The pillows had hair and what appeared to be drool on them, the comforter was ripped and paper-thin, and I have pictures documenting everything.The water pressure kept going out, one shower wouldn’t stay on unless we held the knob, the bathroom button was cracked, an outlet didn’t work, and we had to slam the washing machine to close it.The AC in the twin bedroom and living room blew hot air, leaving us with almost no relief from the heat. My daughter had to sleep with us. The pillows were so uncomfortable that my neck is still hurting, and my daughter, who already has neck issues, will need to see her doctors when we return home.We repeatedly asked for help but eventually felt ignored.The only positive was that the property was accessible. Otherwise, this was one of the worst stays we’ve experienced.I would NEVER stay here again and strongly recommend thinking twice before booking.

The property was clean and spacious. Thank you for an accurate listing. Great light and great location and the street was quiet in evening which was very appreciated. Host was very communicative and helpful. Opportunities to improve: - The wifi was very slow which for a business needs made it a challenge. - The AC unit in the master bedroom and made a clicking noise throughout the night. I hope you can improve these issues for future guests. The AC in the smallest bedroom closest to bathroom was not operating too well. Thank you for everything. I would book this flat again

This apartment was in the center of everything we wanted to explore while in Florence! It was perfect for our group of 5 to spread out. The AC was in the bedrooms, helping massively with the heat from the day! There was no problem with noise as mentioned in other reviews and we were very thankful for the lift!

My family of five had a fabulous stay in Florence. Excellent location of the apartment with cafe's and restaurants below the building. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities provided. The apartment was at the edge of the Piazza Della Signoria with walking distance to all of the sights and sounds of Florence. The host, Boris, communicated with us prior to check-in and met us at the apartment. He provided a tour and important information of the unit. I highly recommend staying at the Luxury Signoria apartment.
