L'appartamento è composto da un bellissimo soggiorno, una cucina molto accessoriata, tre camere da letto doppie (due con letto matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli) e due bagni completi con doccia. Dalle sue finestre potrete godere di una vista davvero notevole su Palazzo Vecchio, un bonus che ben pochi appartamenti possono offrire!
La casa è attrezzata in modo eccellente con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi e varie TV.

Un appartamento molto elegante ed esclusivo situato in una delle strade più centrali di tutta Firenze, una vista speciale sul magnifico Palazzo Vecchio e tanti tanti comfort: questo appartamento è un vero gioiello, se deciderete di prenotarlo non ve ne pentirete di certo!
Da qui si possono raggiungere in pochissimo tempo tutte le principali attrazioni del centro storico di Firenze come il Duomo, Ponte Vecchio e la Galleria degli Uffizi.
Come arrivare all'appartamento
Dalla stazione Centrale di Firenze, si può raggiungere la casa in pochi minuti con un taxi, mentre dall'aeroporto Amerigo Vespucci di Firenze ci vogliono invece una trentina di minuti in macchina per arrivare all'appartamento.

C'è un supermercato Carrefour in Via Dante Alighieri ad appena 250 metri dall'appartamento. Se cercate dei locali o dei ristoranti per le vostre serate, vi consigliamo di andare nella zona di Piazza Santa Croce oppure Piazza Santo Spirito dove troverete molti posti tra cui scegliere.

Its not a 4 stars hotel. They have fully renewed rooms at 5th floor. After complains they moved us to a good room.

Extremely disappointing experience. As someone who owns Airbnbs myself, I was shocked by the condition of this place and the lack of concern for guests.They advertise “no hidden fees,” yet we were charged 96 upon arrival and were later told we would have to pay extra for basic necessities like additional towels, sheets, and pillowcases. How is that not a hidden fee?The cleanliness was unacceptable. The pillows had hair and what appeared to be drool on them, the comforter was ripped and paper-thin, and I have pictures documenting everything.The water pressure kept going out, one shower wouldn’t stay on unless we held the knob, the bathroom button was cracked, an outlet didn’t work, and we had to slam the washing machine to close it.The AC in the twin bedroom and living room blew hot air, leaving us with almost no relief from the heat. My daughter had to sleep with us. The pillows were so uncomfortable that my neck is still hurting, and my daughter, who already has neck issues, will need to see her doctors when we return home.We repeatedly asked for help but eventually felt ignored.The only positive was that the property was accessible. Otherwise, this was one of the worst stays we’ve experienced.I would NEVER stay here again and strongly recommend thinking twice before booking.

The property was clean and spacious. Thank you for an accurate listing. Great light and great location and the street was quiet in evening which was very appreciated. Host was very communicative and helpful. Opportunities to improve: - The wifi was very slow which for a business needs made it a challenge. - The AC unit in the master bedroom and made a clicking noise throughout the night. I hope you can improve these issues for future guests. The AC in the smallest bedroom closest to bathroom was not operating too well. Thank you for everything. I would book this flat again

This apartment was in the center of everything we wanted to explore while in Florence! It was perfect for our group of 5 to spread out. The AC was in the bedrooms, helping massively with the heat from the day! There was no problem with noise as mentioned in other reviews and we were very thankful for the lift!

My family of five had a fabulous stay in Florence. Excellent location of the apartment with cafe's and restaurants below the building. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities provided. The apartment was at the edge of the Piazza Della Signoria with walking distance to all of the sights and sounds of Florence. The host, Boris, communicated with us prior to check-in and met us at the apartment. He provided a tour and important information of the unit. I highly recommend staying at the Luxury Signoria apartment.

Property was spacious and well appointed (it was missing paper towels, but that's it.) A/C wasn't working when we arrived, but they had already put in the service request and it was quickly fixed. The water pressure was a little lacking, but we were just there one night, so not a big deal. The stairs are no joke, but there is a small elevator if needed. The location was AMAZING. Kids were happy to grab a cup of fruit next door, adults were happy the visit the wine window nearby and we watched the World Cup with new friends at the restaurant a few doors down. Apartment is right in the middle of top tourist spots and shopping. GREAT accommodation!
