From Florence Central Station you can also reach the apartment on foot in 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a taxi near the station. From the Amerigo Vespucci airport of Florence it takes about 25 minutes by car to get to the apartment.

The location of this property was perfect at just one block from the train station. It was a bit loud because of this, but if you close the windows and both shutters, most of the noise is gone. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go within 15 minutes. Gelato was next door, multiple restaurants and cafes were within a block or two, tabaccherias or small convenience stores were nearby. ATMs are everywhere. It was great for our needs, although it has a bit of a weird layout, but not a big deal. Could use an update, but for the price and the location we were happy.

The place does not have air conditioning so this is something to look out for especially air conditioning should be standard amenities. The place feels like furnished by leftover from old college dorm. Pillows are very flat and blanket inside the closet were dirty. The apartment is facing big street so you can’t open the window. The place is not great but location is very convenient.

Lovely place filled with charm. It was like a Time Machine older, furniture, comfortable bed, clean, but dated. Through no fault of the property, there was a water shortage while we were in Firenze. Thusly water pressure was very low. I managed a shower, but it required patience and lots of fiddling with knobs. When I got water it was scalding or cold, because of the water shortage I’m not sure whose fault this bi-polar water temperature was. The location was very close to the train station, thus walking to the property with luggage in tow in the rain was not an issue. I’d stay here again.

I am writing to share some feedback about my stay. While the proximity to the train station was highly convenient, the overall condition of the apartment was disappointing and resembled a low-budget dorm. The building is on a very busy street and has a persistent odor of smoke and stale air. Due to the lack of air conditioning, it is not suitable for summer rentals. I also encountered several maintenance and safety issues: multiple electrical outlets do not work (including the kitchen and bathroom), the bedroom ceiling light has exposed wiring, the shower needs repair, and the towel rack is falling off. Furthermore, the sofa cover was badly ripped and torn. I have attached photos of these items for your review and hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.
