La nostra Loggia Panoramica si trova nel quartiere di Santa Croce a brevissima distanza dalla piazza e dalla basilica di Santa Croce ed anche dal Duomo e da Piazza della Signoria. Una posizione ideale per esplorare a piedi tutto il centro storico di Firenze e visitare tutti i monumenti ed i musei della città. La zona intorno alla casa è ricca di bar, locali e ristoranti di ogni tipo, pertanto è molto indicata per gli amanti della vita notturna.

Dalla stazione ferroviaria di Firenze, Santa Maria Novella, si può prendere un autobus, in particolare la linea C2 di ATAF.

We had a person waiting for us at the door when we arrived. He contacted us the day of our arrival to let us know he would be waiting for us. He showed us the place which was clean upon arrival, it is 93 steps to the top. We were left two laundry soaps to do laundry . Washing machine is on one of the two balconies. There is also a rack to dry clothes and pins under the kitchen sink to secure clothes. The views from the balconies were greater than expected. During our five day stay, we had great communication with Otas. He was great!! He reserved taxis for us twice during our stay. We did have an issue with the door to the back patio not closing fully and staying secure. We did message the property and they did have maintenance personnel come out to attend to it. When we returned from our day out, the door was closed and locked but when we used the door again we could not get it to close or lock. The host was very attentive to address the problem, but it didn’t quite get fixed for us. That really didn’t bother us so we didn’t worry about it for the rest of our stay. The location of the property is great! We walked to everything that we wanted to see and do. The only time we used the taxi was to go to the train station. The air conditioning worked well and there is a fan in the loft next to the bed, which was great when we went to bed. Loved the place!! Thank you, Otas.

This location was amazing and the views perfect. Many many stairs but worth the climb if you are able. Could not find the dishes until the last day as they were in an unnoticeable cupboard. I suggested that hooks for towels or clothing would be nice. Otherwise no changes needed. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Lapo met us at the property and was extremely attentive, helpful and very nice. There was a problem with the hot water when we arrived, I assumed we would be taking cold showers. He assured us it was already a problem he was addressing and was having a maintenance man come to the property to correct it in about an hour. Lo and behold 45 minutes later it was corrected. The view from this rental is incredible. Everything truly is within walking distance. The only warning I give to anyone, it’s almost 90 stairs to the apartment. Pack light, there is no elevator. Totally worth it!

We absolutely loved this apartment! The location was perfect. A busy piazza when you walk out the front door, but quiet and tucked away when in the apartment. The views were absolutely amazing! We loved sitting on the terrace! The loft is a super fun touch and made it quiet and experience to remember. The hosts were great to work with. The food right in our own piazza was incredible which was an added bonus! Also there is a luggage storage just down the block as well as a convenient taxi stand located very near. All that said, this may be our favorite apartment we have stayed at. It was perfect for us! I will say.....be prepared to go up a lot of steps....but it is worth every single one of them!

The view from the apartment isn't enough to overcome the drunken voices you hear every night until 4am. Not exaggerating. The apartment is situated above a square with an Irish pub that serves mostly young adults and you can hear everything through the wall of windows. Even if you think your a heavy sleeper to get past the noise, you can't possibly fall asleep on the apartments ‘matress’ (it hardly even qualifies). The ‘queen’ bed is made up of two twins with thin mattresses and a topper to somehow make it one. Every night the bed move away leaving a sinking feeling between the frames. Don't be fooled by the beautiful view. The couches are actually coved with cheap sheets (that still had crumbs when we arrived), and the hot water is totally unreliable. This apartment is owned by a property management company that obviously doesn't want to invest any money into keeping a quality apartment.
