We went during the hottest month. the a/c in the bedroom wasn't strong enough. The one outside the bedroom is working fine. Other than that everything was great.

I stayed for 9 nights starting mid July 2026. It's location is right in the middle of all the historic attractions. We also walked everywhere, including to SMN in under 20 mins. The facility is clean and well provided for. It is a real deal Florence with old structure with modern amenities. It made me appreciate how much our kids are disconnected with the old world as I have to repeatedly train them how to open/close, lock/unlock doors and windows. There are nearby grocery places to fix a family meal at the place and Florence's choicest eateries nearby to eat out. Trash/garbage has to be dropped few hundred feet away along the main street next to the street the property is located in. It is about 3 mins walking distance to a municipal collection depot. This property is a great choice for a functional family stay at reasonable price. My kids loved eating with the windows open, hearing the hustle and bustle of this small but intense city in the land of geniuses!

We stayed at Lian Home at the end of May and were welcomed by Aldoni. The MMEGA Homes and Hotels team were so responsive and accommodating, especially knowing our early arrival timing. The location was absolutely perfect and easy to find. We were at the heart of Florence next to Santa Croce. As a result, we were close to major sights, shops, and plenty of food options. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was a good size for a family of five. During our time in Florence a heatwave had started and the major drawback from providing a “great” review was that the air conditioning was not working properly. Unfortunately, there were no fans available as an alternative option to cool the apartment. Otherwise, we would not mind staying at another MMEGA Homes & Hotels property in the future.

The property was clean, well stocked with necessities, and our host who came to meet us for check in was nice and professional. Only issue we ran into was the AC was a bit janky, and randomly worked/ didn't work. We made it through, but were worried about the unreliable AC situation occcasionally.
