L'appartamento si trova in una posizione molto buona a metà tra il quartiere di Santo Spirito e quello di San Niccolò, nel cuore dell'Oltrarno fiorentino. È una zona molto bella e tranquilla da cui si possono rapidamente raggiungere a piedi quasi tutti i monumenti di Firenze; in particolare il Forte di Belvedere, il Ponte Vecchio, gli Uffizi, Palazzo Pitti e la Basilica di Santa Croce.
Come arrivare all'appartamento
Dalla stazione ferroviaria di Firenze, Santa Maria Novella, si può prendere un autobus, in particolare le linee C4 e 23. Nei pressi della stazione si può anche prendere un taxi e raggiungere l'appartamento in pochi minuti. L'aeroporto Amerigo Vespucci di Firenze si trova a 8 km di distanza, circa 25 minuti in auto.
Supermercati e ristoranti nei dintorni dell'appartamento
Nelle vicinanze ci sono due supermercati, uno in via de' Bardi ed uno in Corso Tintori, a cui si aggiungono diversi negozi e alimentari. Sia neilla zona di Santo Spirito che in quelle di San Niccolò e Santa Croce, troverete molti ristoranti, bar e pizzerie.

The place was in a good location which is the positive. One issue was that AC is only in 1 or 3 bedrooms which was uncomfortable for travel in June. The primary issue is that there was no wifi as advertised. When we asked about the WiFi at the end of check-in, they said someone is coming in 30 minutes to fix it and left. After they left, we followed up and were told that there was an outage in the area by one person and told to follow up with their customer service line - which was non functional. We didn’t receive any real communication after this point. It became clear there was no wifi as advertised (which isn’t a huge deal, just don’t say there’s wifi) but the clear lying and avoidance from the host was unacceptable.

The location is amazing, there is AC which is a necessity in such a hot weather, although the filters in them are extremely dirty. For some people it’s not a problem, but we have a son, how’s allergic to dust, so for us it’s a problem. Everything else is good, nice and spacious. Worth the price. But requires a deep cleaning!

The check in process I thought was smooth but the lady checking us scolded us because we were late. I said I communicated with you and said we’d be there between 12:30 and 1pm. We arrived at 12:37 which I thought was pretty good. She said she had been waiting for a while. I showed her all the communication and she finally backed off(I am pretty sure she wanted to fine us but then tipped). She showed us the unit which was in the 3rd story of the steepest stairs I’ve ever seen and was telling us to hurry. We had luggage I did I mention the steep stairs. She told us a technician should come fix the internet (which was a lie) because like other reviews they never had internet, we had to use our data for any Wi-Fi. Then we went to take showers and the water always went from super hot or super cold every 10 seconds. They did send someone home to finally attempt to fix it. Guy was super nice and made it better but didn’t fix it but tolerable for the last day of our trip. Also the place always smelled like sewage. The only good thing about the unit was the location. Very well located off the Main Street but walkable to almost anywhere. But the rest was not good. I wouldn’t stay here again
