Casa Sole si trova in una bella zona del centro storico di Firenze a pochi passi dal Mercato Centrale e dalla Fortezza da Basso. L'appartamento è molto accogliente e ben rifinito: siamo sicuri che certi dettagli come i pavimenti in parquet e le modanature alle pareti, sapranno conquistare anche voi!
La casa è composta da una bella zona giorno dove troviamo un elegante salotto con tavolo da pranzo, divano e TV ed una una cucina molto funzionale ed attrezzata che si affaccia sulla sala principale; la zona notte è composta da due camere adorabili da letto matrimoniali (una con due letti singoli ed una con un letto matrimoniale). Completano la proprietà due bagni ed un bel balcone che si affaccia su una tranquilla corte interna. Casa Sole è dotata di internet Wi-Fi, aria condizionata e tutto il necessario per cucinare e soggiornare come se foste a casa vostra.

Casa Sole si trova in un'ottima posizione nelle vicinanze di molti punti di interesse del centro storico e a due passi dalla Forezza da Basso che ogni anno ospita la rassegna di Pitti Uomo e molti altri eventi importanti. La zona è inoltre ben servita dai mezzi pubblici ed è ricca anche di ristoranti e locali.

Come arrivare a Casa Sole


La casa si trova a circa 800 metri dalla stazione centrale di Santa Maria Novella. Dalla stazione potrete raggiungerla molto rapidamente in autobus (linee 1, 6, 11, 14 etc.), in un taxi ed anche a piedi (circa 10 minuti). L’appartamento è nella zona a traffico limitato (ZTL) quindi se volete raggiungerlo con la vostra auto dovrete parcheggiare in un garage privato per evitare di prendere una multa. Il più vicino si trova in Via San Zanobi 29r ad appena 50 metri dall’appartamento.

Nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento ci sono diversi negozi, alcuni minimarket e soprattutto il Mercato Centrale che si trova a 400 mt dall'appartamento: qui potrete sia fare la spesa acquistando prodotti di ottima qualità che mangiare in uno dei ristoranti che si trovano al piano superiore. Intorno alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella troverete diversi ristoranti, pizzerie e pub.

dårlig standard i leiligheten. Dårlige stoler og bord. Bare noen få strømuttak som fungerte. Ødelagt vaskemaskin. Lås inn til leiligheten bør byttes, er vanskelig å få låst opp. Dør inn til badet der er låsen ødelagt umulig å lukke døren eller låse. Dører til balkongen er også dårlige, låsene bør byttes

The amount of stairs was not listed 3 floors, the refrigerator makes a noise all the time. It is full of ice needs replacement. The AC also needs replacement makes noise. Discription is incorrect 1 full bathroom and the other only bidet and sink. No toilet or shower

Check in time was 2:00 PM. We arrived at 5:00 PM and the rental wasn’t ready. The concierge open the door for us, turned the AC on and asked us to come back within 1 hour while the 1 person cleaning the unit finished. When we came back, the stove , oven, or washer weren’t working. We contacted the concierge who said to turn on and off all switches and breaker. We did but still not working. We contacted the concierge again but they texted us to contact some consumer assistance phone number. We are on vacation and expecting all appliances to work and have no time to wait for a maintenance technician to come out. So we weren’t able to have coffee in the morning or use the washer machine. They said they have 2 bathrooms but that is not correct, 1 “bathroom” had a toilet and a sink. The other space was a converted closet where the shower was and a sink.that space had no ventilation so it was like taking a shower in a closet. And both of those spaces were by the kitchen. The building had no elevator, so be prepared to drag your suitcases 2 floors up the stairs. Location was great 5 minutes from central market and very walkable.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the two-bedroom Casa Sole on Via San Zanobi. The comfortable apartment is located within walking distance of many important historic areas such as the amazing Central Market, the Gallery of the Academy where the famous statue of David resides, and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Lots of excellent restaurants and food markets are a short walk from the building. In general we had good communication with the host, who met us at the door to show us the well-appointed apartment. The bathroom facilities were divided into two separate rooms: a shower room with sink and a bathroom with sink and bidet. Despite the extreme daily heat ( 100 F) in Florence during our visit, the AC worked very well and kept the apartment cool at all times. There was a miscommunication about the apartment washing machine, which appeared to be new and was provided with laundry soap. However, we discovered after starting a load of laundry that the machine was broken and could not complete the wash. There was no signage or indication that the washer was out of service. We had to move our wet clothes to a nearby laundromat, which was somewhat inconvenient. For future guests we recommend checking with management before using the machine as they were not particularly helpful in resolving this situation. The relatively inexpensive apartment is a great value because of its location and comfort, and we recommend staying here.
