La posizione di questo grande appartamento è davvero ottimale dato che ci troviamo esattamente a metà strada tra Palazzo Vecchio e la Basilica di Santa Croce. San Firenze House si trova proprio nel cuore del centro storico di Firenze ed è davvero vicino a tutti i monumenti più famosi della città come il Duomo, il Bargello, Ponte Vecchio e la Galleria degli Uffizi.
Come arrivare all'appartamento
Dalla stazione Centrale di Firenze, potete agilmente raggiungere la casa prendendo un autobus oppure un taxi. Dall'aeroporto Amerigo Vespucci di Firenze ci vogliono invece una trentina di minuti in macchina per arrivare all'appartamento. Con i mezzi pubblici, dall'aeroporto potrete raggiungere la stazione con la tramvia e poi prendere un autobus.

Great location but very dark. Pictures do not accurately show natural light. No lighter left to use the stove. Check in was challenging due to having to meet someone in person. Beds were not very comfortable. Very cluttered with books and knick-knacks. Air conditioning worked but not very effective. Very strange layout of the kitchen. Definitely needs some significant updating.

Our #1 requirement was air conditioning. Profile stated had air conditioning, it was at best an AC machine only running as a fan. At times it was cooler to go outside. We complained multiple times. They sent a handyman out, all he did was clean the filter which was barely dirty. Host said their policy was it could only be 10 degrees cooler than outside. It was 96 outside when we were there. It was warmer than 86 inside. Hosts had no empathy. They weren't helpful. Should have probably given a 1 star. If AC is a requirement skip this place.

The apartment was spacious and in an amazing location. We had to wait 30 minutes to check in, but had issues with our train causing us to have to keep delaying our arrival. The host was responsive during this as well as throughout our entire stay! We visited during a heat wave and while the apartment has AC it does not work well at all (especially in the back bedroom). On top of that the back bedroom is two mattresses put together/kept together by a sheet making a divot in the middle and it harder to sleep on. The streets were very loud at night and early in the morning. This is to be expected as the location is central and I had read this in past reviews. However, even with a sound machine it was still difficult to drown out the noise and sleep. You could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around as well. The showers were weird and the showerhead did not stay up and kept falling down. Overall, it did the job, the host was responsive, and was in a great location!

The location was great in Florence - easy walking distance to and from the train station and things we wanted to see. There was a bit of noise at night, but earplugs helped.There was plenty of room to spread out between the 3 of us. As previous reviewers mentioned, the apartment's layout is unique.I even had time to read one of the many books at the apartment during our stay.It was a bit warm in the apartment, but with outside temps of 102, that's to be expected.The host helped us with the lock since the inner door required a full 360 rotation to unlock.

Pretty helpful and responsive host, place was clean and spacious, and ac’s and water heater worked well! Would’ve appreciated more blankets because it could get a bit cold at night but other than that, a very comfortable stay! :) LOCATION WAS AMAZING saved so much money on transportation.
