La casa si trova al piano terra di un palazzo storico ed è organizzata su due livelli: al piano terra troviamo una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno completo ed un'ampia zona living con cucina, tavolo da pranzo e TV. Da qui delle scale portano ad un soppalco dove si trovano due letti singoli che portano a 4 il numero di persone che possono essere ospitate in questo appartamento. La casa è dotata anche di un piccolo ma grazioso giardino interno condominiale, un angolo di relax in pieno centro.

L'appartamento si trova nella centralissima via Laura a due passi dal Museo Archeologico e dal Museo di San Marco, da qui si possono raggiungere molto velocemente tantissimi monumenti e musei come il Duomo e la Galleria dell'Accademia dove si trova il magnifico David di Michelangelo.
Un'ottima soluzione sia per una famiglia che per un gruppo di amici che vogliono scoprire tutte le meraviglie di Firenze.

Dalla stazione ferroviaria di Firenze, Santa Maria Novella, si può prendere un autobus, in particolare le linee 6A e 6B di ATAF.

Four of us stayed at Corte al Duomo during the July heatwave. The location, the actual building, and the courtyard were wonderful. The style of the unit was pretty cool. Our contact, Tommaso was attentive prior to our arrival, not afterwards. (Yes, we did alert him about the AC and the lamps that didn't work.) The unit was clean. The downsides - there are repairs and maintenance that need to be addressed in the unit. Big items- the AC in the main LR/kitchen/loft does not cool the space. The fan provided has no real force, so it barely moves the air, when on high. AC in the bedroom works, but there's a leak in the condensate line so it drips over the door to the room and leaves a puddle on the floor. The twin beds in the loft are hard as a rock. The mattress in the main bedroom is sloping towards the middle.Small stuff that adds up.The shelf in the shower is broken, while the frame for it remains. There's no place to put shampoo etc, but the floor. A number of outlets and lamps did not work. Many cupboard doors and drawers were damaged . The fridge didn't close properly, so you had to push the bottom of the door or it would leak on the floor (as it had on our arrival). The kitchen was oddly stocked with bountiful baskets, but few glasses or dishes. Stovetop coffee makers, but no coffee. No dish towel and no place to dry dishes. A request to empty your garbage and recycle in city bins, with no containers for recycling. One key, no other options. A request to pay city to

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in Florence! It was very comfortable and met all of our family needs. We also thought is was very conveniently located near the major attractions of Florence. It was about a 15 minute walk to the train station, but close to all the major sites. We wish we could have stayed at this home for longer!

Excellent location and walkable to sights! The first floor bedroom needs a new mattress and pillows along with a new headboard and bedding. Also when staying more than 2 nights ( we stayed 4 nights) two bath towels per person should be supplied ( not one per person for 4 nights) otherwise we enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday soon!
